Golden Rules of Process Safety Management in Oil & Gas (Upstream / Downstream) Course in Singapore, Malaysia and Southeast Asia
This course enables the learners to think beyond considering PSM elements as a separate part and procedure, and to perceive PSM as an integrated system that has mutually supporting activities and results. This innovative view gives a robust base to effectively mitigate hazards and incidents. The delegates will be divided into three groups and are instructed to collaboratively analyze scenarios with the help of case studies, incident videos and use critical thinking skills to anticipate potential issues.
This course embraces a problem-based learning methodology, which ensures a collaborative task-oriented experience that nurtures skills. Participants will have expertise in PSM analysis, identify and deploy procedural needs that deal with the technology, facilities and people related requirements of PSM, compare whether the existing documented systems align with the best practices and togetherly create a customized PSM on-the-job recommendation workbook, convert in-class diagnostic approaches to job-focused hazard and safety measures and ensures a comprehensive understanding of a PSM system.
